Incorrect Answer, Not a Trustworthy Primer

Being someone who is trying their best to pass the DMV written exam, it is not a good idea to study from a source whose first question is a wrong answer. Here is a snippet:
"Q1 It is illegal to leave children under 6 in a car on a hot day? ANSWER C
A. Even if they are secured in a child passenger restraint system
B. If they are supervised by another person aged 12 or older
C. Only if the key is left in the ignition"
The author made a huge error in publishing C as the correct answer, and it totally made it lose any credibility as any sort of studying material.
The correct answer is A, by the way. Although I will not be using this booklet to study for my exam, I do hope they fix this error in light of the many that will be trying this out and miss the mistake, among any possible others.

It has the same types of questions as CADMV has on the Net to prepare one for the written test for a driver's license.
However it is full of typos or spelling errors and the first question is a Doozy
