I gave this book 5 stars, because In conjunction with his book " How to use and memorize French vocabulary" It has opened my eyes to a whole new way of learning. I am 73 and thought that my memory was not up to learning a new language, however this book and Anthony's daily emails have kindled a new interest. I find that the ongoing support is invaluable in so many areas of my life the ability to remember phone numbers shopping lists etc. is an added bonus. I encourage everybody to give this system a try you have nothing to lose.

Comencé a despertar y tomar conciencia de mi mismo. Eso no sucedió de la noche a la mañana, pero empecé a darme cuenta de mis estados semi conscientes o inconscientes, y empecé a ver cómo estaba creando inconscientemente mi realidad.


Déjame decirte que es a la vez liberador y un poco vergonzoso. Esto es porque tienes increíbles momentos buenos de claridad cuando de repente ves algunos de tus patrones inconscientes mezclado con momentos malos y te das cuenta de algunas de las cosas que haces y dices a la gente, de las que realmente no eres consciente.
